1. You may place your order through the "Shop" section of our website, where we offer greeting cards, prints, original paintings and blessing angels.
2. Order your quantity(ies) as desired by clicking on the Add to Cart button – online orders are placed through PayPal. See “How do I pay for an order?” below.
3. When you are ready to check out, click on "View Cart" to review your final order summary, complete with shipping and handling costs. Process your sales transaction as directed, simply and securely, through PayPal. That’s it!

PayPal will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as your transaction is recorded.

You can expect to receive most deliveries within 7-10 business days of submitting your online order. Large orders may take more time. You will be notified by e-mail with a tracking number, when the order has been shipped, or, if the order is delayed.

If you require a shorter turnaround time, please contact us by phone (315.491-6488) or e-mail us at art@loriportka.com to place the order. We will provide you with a final shipping quote and process the special order, directly.

You can feel very comfortable that all online orders are processed securely through PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards – MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card). If, for some reason, you are unable to process a transaction online we can accept credit card orders via e-mail or over the phone.

We only ask that you contact us before sending a check so we can provide you with a final total order cost, which includes a shipping and handling fee. Check orders will be processed for shipping as soon as your check has cleared.

Do you see a picture that you like on our site, but don’t see it available in the product type or size that you require? Not a problem! Contact us at for some reason, you are unable to process a transaction online we can accept credit card orders via e-mail or over the phone.

We also provide custom orders for both individuals and businesses. Please contact us at art@loriportka.com with your request and idea. We’ll typically ask for general themes, photos, type of product requested, size and approximate price range. A quote will be offered and a timeline given for completion. A down payment will be required, with the balance due upon completion of your custom project.

Happiness Through Art prides itself in delivering high quality work that we know you will love. However, returns are gladly accepted within 14-days of receipt of delivery, as long as the art work is in its original sale condition. The buyer is responsible for any shipping return costs.

All online orders are packed in a sturdy, USPS Priority mail box with protective packing material, and shipped Priority level. You will be notified by e-mail when the order is shipped and will be provided with a tracking number at that time.
